Electrician | Location Chelmsford, UK | Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out first and second fix electrical installations
- Complete inspection, testing and certification (domestic and commercial)
- Undertake EICRs and remedial works as required
- Work on kitchens, bathrooms, rewires, emergency lighting upgrades and general repairs
- Use job management and certification software via laptop/tablet
- Knowledge / understanding of NHF SOR ( Schedule of rates )
- Provide regular site updates to supervisors and managers
- Work professionally within occupied properties and alongside residents
- Ensure all works are completed safely, compliantly and to company standards
- Excellent time management
Skills & Experience
- Fully qualified Electrician level 2&3 and AM2 / Gold card
- Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent) is desirable
- Competent in completing EICRs (domestic and commercial) and understanding coding’s
- Confident carrying out remedial works and fault finding
- Comfortable using IT systems and job management apps
- Experience using EasyCert would be beneficial
- Knowledge of PV, EV , renewable or retrofit works would be advantageous
Multi-Trade Operative - Renewables | Location Chelmsford, UK | Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out multi-trade works including carpentry, minor building repairs and property improvements
- Install loft insulation in accordance with industry standards and health and safety regulations
- Undertake maintenance and remedial works within residential properties
- Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
- Maintain safe, tidy working environments within occupied homes
- Communicate professionally with residents, colleagues, and management
- Follow company policies, RAMS, and health and safety procedures at all times
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative, particularly carpentry
- Experience installing loft insulation within residential properties
- Good knowledge of insulation installation methods and ventilation requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage daily workloads
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Own van and tools (essential)
General Labourer/Driver | Location Colchester, UK | Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting and delivering materials to multiple sites across the region
- Transporting tools, plant and equipment as required
- Assisting with site clearance and waste removal
- Supporting site operatives with unloading deliveries
- Maintaining safe, tidy and organised working environments
A company van will be provided for use during working hours.
Skills & Experience
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
- UTR number and ability to work on a self-employed basis
- Reliable, punctual and organised
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Previous construction or labouring experience preferred
- Strong understanding of site safety expectations
