Customer Liaison Officer/Project Coordinator | Location Chelmsford, UK | Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the project.
- Coordinate surveys, visits and installation appointments.
- Provide clear updates and respond to resident queries and concerns.
- Carry out welfare checks and gather feedback where required.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Lead and delivery team.
- Coordinate appointments, programmes, engineers’ diaries and site visits.
- Maintain project systems, trackers and documentation.
- Support site administration, reporting and customer information packs.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and administration skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Ability to prioritise workloads.
- Friendly, approachable and professional manner.
Renewable Supervisor | Location Chelmsford, UK | Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise solar PV, battery storage and EV charge point installations.
- Oversee renewable energy works delivered under PAS 2035.
- Lead and support electricians and renewable installation teams.
- Allocate workloads and monitor progress against installation programmes.
- Review designs, specifications and scopes of work before installation.
- Coordinate labour, materials, scaffolding and specialist subcontractors.
- Carry out site inspections and quality checks.
- Review electrical certificates, commissioning records, photographs and installation evidence.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience supervising electrical or renewable energy installations.
- Strong experience with solar PV installation and battery storage systems.
- A good understanding of electrical installations and industry standards.
- Knowledge of MCS certification processes and an understanding of PAS 2035 retrofit projects.
- Experience completing or supporting G98 and G99 applications.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple live projects and changing priorities.
Multi-Trader | Location Chelmsford, UK | Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Kitchen and bathroom installations (including rip-out and fit-out)
- General repairs and maintenance within occupied homes
- Basic plumbing works associated with kitchens and bathrooms
- Wall and floor tiling
- Basic plastering and making good
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working as a Multi-Trade Operative within social housing or similar occupied environments
- Competent in kitchen and bathroom fitting from start to finish
- Own van, tools and PPE
- Valid UK driving licence
- Public Liability Insurance
- Strong communication skills and a professional, resident-focused approach
- Ability to work safely, cleanly and considerately in occupied homes
Contracts Manager (Social Housing) | Location Chelmsford, UK | Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Managing social housing maintenance and refurbishment contracts.
- Leading Site Managers, Supervisors, Administrators and direct labour teams.
- Managing programmes, resources and operational performance.
- Monitoring contractual KPIs and implementing improvements where required.
- Building strong working relationships with local authority and housing association clients.
- Leading client meetings, performance reviews and operational discussions.
- Working closely with the Commercial Team on valuations, variations, cost control and contract performance.
- Ensuring works meet health & safety, quality and compliance requirements.
Skills & Experience
- Previous Contracts Manager or senior operational management experience within construction, maintenance or refurbishment.
- Social housing experience, ideally covering responsive repairs, voids, planned works or maintenance contracts.
- Experience managing direct labour teams and multiple workstreams.
- Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of contract performance.
- Knowledge of NHF Schedule of Rates would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
